What to expect when you contact us
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
We respond to all inquiries the same business day when received Monday–Friday between 7am and 6pm. Messages sent over the weekend are answered first thing Monday morning.
Is the estimate really free, and is it binding?
Yes — inspections and written estimates are free with no obligation. Every estimate is fixed-price: the number we put in writing is the number you pay. We don't add line items after the job starts.
Do you handle insurance claims for storm damage?
We can inspect your roof, document the damage with photos, and coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster. We don't pressure homeowners into filing a claim — if a repair is the right call, that's what we'll quote. If a full replacement is warranted, we'll walk you through the process.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tigard, and Hood River in Oregon, plus Vancouver, WA. If you're just outside these areas, give us a call — we may still be able to help depending on the scope of the project.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it — our own employees, not subcontractors. This is how we maintain consistent workmanship and stand behind our 50-year transferable warranty.
What financing options are available?
We offer 0%-down financing on qualified roof replacements through a regional lender, with terms from 24 to 84 months. Ask about financing when you request your estimate and we'll walk you through the options.
