What homeowners usually ask before hiring us
How long does a typical roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days, depending on roof size, pitch, and material. We confirm a realistic timeline in your estimate and stick to it. You'll receive a photo record of the completed work before we leave the site.
Do you subcontract any of the work?
No. The crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it. We never use subcontractors. This is one reason we can offer a 50-year transferable workmanship warranty — we stand behind every nail.
What does your 50-year workmanship warranty actually cover?
It covers defects in our installation — flashing, underlayment, fastening, and all labor-related items — for 50 years from the completion date. It's fully transferable if you sell the home, which can be a selling point for buyers. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and pass through directly to you.
My roof was damaged in a storm. What's the process?
We'll inspect and document the damage with photos, then give you a written assessment you can share with your insurer. If you decide to file a claim, we can coordinate directly with the adjuster. We don't pressure anyone into a claim — if a repair is the right call, that's what we'll quote.
What areas do you serve?

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 0%-down financing on qualified replacements through a regional lender, with terms from 24 to 84 months. Ask about financing options when you request your estimate.
