Our story
Started in Portland, still here 25+ years later
We've been roofing Portland-area homes since 1998. That's three generations of the same family on the same roofs — from the first architectural shingle jobs in the late '90s to full standing-seam metal and commercial flat-roof systems today. We started small, built our reputation one job at a time, and never felt the need to grow by cutting corners. We don't chase volume. We take on the jobs we can do well, and we stand behind every one of them with a 50-year transferable workmanship warranty.

How we work
Fixed price, documented start to finish
Every estimate we give is fixed price. No line items that balloon after the deposit clears, no material surcharges added mid-job. If something unexpected comes up once we're on the roof, we tell you before we do anything about it. Every job is documented with photos — before, during, and after — so you have a record of the work and we have proof of what we found. That documentation also makes insurance claims and future inspections straightforward. We install asphalt shingles (architectural and 3-tab), standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal, cedar shake, slate, and full TPO/EPDM/PVC flat-roof systems. Manufacturer material warranties pass through directly to you.
